Working at Crafty Apes Alex was responsible for simulation and rendering of this affect in S3 of AppleTv's Foundation.   Creating the effect required not only paying attention to cues of the actor's performance, but also atmospheric conditions, such as the  wind direction.    Working from references such as "French inhale", the team had to make the effect feel realistic, however, the "spores" had to have glittery feeling of other particle effects on the show. Lighting was further enhanced by compositing department based on RGB and deep data Alex rendered.
